3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

2. Psychological Services & Session Cancellations

Rescheduling & Cancellations: Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows:

Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.

No-shows will be charged the full session fee.
